I graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a degree in Physics. I became interested in physics after completing a cosmology course and learning how differently things behave in space compared to here on Earth.
Since then, I’ve learned a lot about our universe and have developed more terrestrial pursuits. With my experiences in teaching and as a researcher, my interests now converge toward exploring people’s motivations and behaviors to judiciously use data toward providing effective solutions to all manner of problems.
Lately, when I’m not working with data, I spend my time reading, learning new skills, playing with my dog Barnaby, and growing rare tropical plants.
